Happy Holidays
We can hardly believe we have been back for 9 weeks as this term has flown in. On behalf of everyone at Inshes I would like to wish you all a happy and relaxing holiday.
On Friday our House Captain Team were given their Rights Respecting Schools booklet. They will be helping to implement and embed the Rights of the Child within our school and with our local community partners as part of their leadership responsibilities.
We were also busy creating the our own ‘Wee Flags for Change’ as part of Global Citizen ship and this was something the whole school was involved in. Many thanks to the P7s for their videos helping to introduce this and also for staff and pupils for taking part. It was lovely to hear about all the small changes pupils are going to try and do during our final assembly of the term. We also really enjoyed seeing each other’s flags and drawings from our Literacy tasks as well. A big thank you to Mr Laurie for putting up these amazing flags in our front foyer. The display is looking really good 🙂 We will continue to add to this next term. You can see pictures of this on our school twitter @inshes_ps or by scrolling down to the bottom of this page to see our twitter feed.
Hope you all have a lovely holiday and we will see you back to school on Monday 26th October.
Best wishes,
Miss Jamieson
