End of Week 6

We have had lots of outdoor learning this week as we make the most of the sunny weather. We have had lots of outdoor play experiences as well as numeracy and literacy outdoors. We also had a special outdoor quiz on Friday organised by P7 for the P4s and P5s and P6s and P7s. We certainly couldn’t have chosen a better day for it. Thank you P7 children and staff – we all really enjoyed it.

The whole school was also excited to see the Spitfire on Thursday as it circled over Raigmore and travelled back to the airport along the Moray Firth. This was to commemorate the 80th Anniversary of the Battle of Britain and also to thank the NHS. Some of the classes made posters to show their support. Here are some photos below:

We hope you had a lovely weekend and were able to enjoy the lovely weather.

Just a reminder that tomorrow Monday 21st September is Flu immunisation Day. The immunisation Team will be visiting each class tomorrow.
